I am looking forward to helping as many dog owners as possible and their furry friends with unlimited brushing and walking within the following conditions:

 

• You certify that you are the owner or the agent of the dog for which you require my services and have the authority to make this agreement authorizing me to provide services. 

• I will not provide services to dogs with health issues where brushing and walking cause pain or stress. Your responsibility as an owner, knowing your pet better than anyone, is to advise me of any pre-existing conditions. 

• My services are limited to brushing and walking your furry friend and do not include nail trimming, bathing, de-matting with scissors or clippers, or any other grooming/cleaning procedures. 

• I will not be held liable either for any injuries or illnesses that your dog may incur during or after the provided brushing and/or walking services or any claims for damages/injuries to property or persons caused by your dog during the provision of my service. 

• Payment for my service can be made upfront or after the service is provided (preferably) online at perleash.com or in person. 

• You understand that there are dogs with permanent temperaments that make it unsafe for me to provide my services or dogs who unexpectedly develop behavior problems by the time I arrive at your location. I reserve the right to refuse service provision at discretion and charge a nonrefundable $30 fee in such a rare case. The same fee applies when I arrive at your place and cannot access your dog. 

• You also understand that sometimes, conditions beyond my control prevent me from arriving at your place on time. In such a case, I will try to advise you as soon as possible and refund any payment made in advance. 

• You affirm that at the best of your knowledge, your dog has all the requisite vaccines applicable to its age, including rabies vaccination, and agree to provide proof of vaccination or vet information on request.
